Sharing your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored on the servers of third parties at Tier 3 data centre of The Datacenter Group in Amsterdam. Your data will be processed in the Netherlands. Backups are made in the data centre in Amsterdam and at another location in the Netherlands.

Facebook may also transfer your data to the United States. The privacy policy of Facebook allows you to view their website.

Your data is also stored in a third-party CRM that we use from them. Your data is transferred to servers located in the United States. Hubspot’s privacy policy allows you to view their website.

We use a third party accounting system. This is a system located on a local computer. The backups are securely synchronized over the internet to another location in the Netherlands.

Your data are also included in proposals, a programme of requirements and an action plan that we draw up. These documents are shared internally among our staff for production purposes.
